Montgomery County

The City of Dayton is the county seat for Montgomery County. Montgomery County serves as the govenmental body for property recordation, taxation, and collection for City of Dayton properties. The County also provides Land Bank, Board of Elections, and animal wellfare services to the City of Dayton. The County and City operate a joint Public Health Department.
